He is one of the most famous chefs in the Capital and has been running the kitchen of the Osho restaurant, one of the most popular premium steakhouse restaurants in Romania, since 2011. He is also the initiator of the Out of Kitchen movement, which is why anyone in the Osho restaurant can talk to the person who created a dish they liked.
