Chef Iosif Stefanescu, with over 25 years of experience in gastronomy, signs the entire Osho menu. He is one of the most famous chefs in the Capital and has been running the kitchen of the Osho restaurant, one of the most popular premium steakhouse restaurants in Romania, since 2011. He is also the initiator of the Out of Kitchen movement, which is why anyone in the Osho restaurant can talk to the person who created a dish they liked.

Our team share a deep bond, built over countless hours in the kitchen and dining room. Together, we strive to uphold the highest standards in everything we do, from sourcing the finest ingredients to ensuring that every steak is grilled to perfection. Each member plays a crucial role in our success, and we take pride in the trust and camaraderie that comes with years of working side by side.
