In 2010, we launched OSHO, a world-class steak restaurant in the heart of Bucharest. Conveniently situated in one of the city’s bustling neighborhoods, Primaverii offers a unique escape from the everyday.
Our chic yet cozy decor, paired with the mouthwatering aroma of perfectly grilled steaks, creates an unmatched dining atmosphere in Bucharest.
We grew together with our clients, day by day, steak after steak. Together, we tasted probably the largest variety of beef in town. We discovered the taste of each prime cut and the way that proper marbling and patient aging turn each bite into a mouthwatering experience.
Right from the start, our menu was modular, and you, our dear client, had the freedom to choose. Your preference met our recommended serving, and together, we shaped the menu. Now, we’re proudly serving newcomers and the close clientele of the house: the connoisseurs who feel at home when they come here every day and ask for the same dish at the same table.
The story of the meat
WE TAKE MEAT SERIOUSLY
We know where it comes from — Australia, North or South America, New Zealand, or Japan. We know the animal’s age, its whereabouts, and what it ate every day. Not only that, but we know the season when it was sacrificed, spring being the best, as the animal hasn’t moved much, and the meat would be juicy and tender.
Ribeye or tenderloin? Kobe or Black Angus? Jersey steak, Tomahawk, Porterhouse, or T-bone? Whatever you choose, rest assured: it will be the greatest steak in town. Primly cut, properly aged, and cooked with respect. No strong sauces, no onion jams, only meat. Properly grilled meat.
We believe that great steaks begin with the best ingredients. We source our beef from top-quality farms, ensuring every cut is fresh, tender, and flavorful.

Ageing takes time. And a professional fridge, coated with Himalayan salt that ionizes and purifies the meat, while it slowly dries up and rehydrates from the fat layers. This is the marvelling of marbling: the fat brings back the taste of the grass the animal was fed with. And for a special treat, we age some of the cuts in whisky, for an incredible melt-in-the-mouth effect.

A PROPERLY AGED STEAK NEEDS A PROPER GRILL
Now that the meat has been aged, all it needs is a good, old grill. Back to origins, we cook our steaks the old-fashioned way: on charcoal, with a bit of salt. And that’s it!

Our custom-designed grills are engineered to reach the ideal temperature for searing steaks, creating the perfect crust while preserving the juicy, tender interior. We use high-quality, open-flame grills to intensify the natural flavors of the meat, caramelizing the exterior and sealing in the rich juices.
